Disneyland Park gets a brand new daytime parade for Disneyland Paris’ 25th Anniversary celebrations, with totally new floats, new costumes and a new soundtrack.
Replacing the existing Disney Magic on Parade!, which was a revamp of the earlier Disney’s Once Upon a Dream Parade, this wholly new parade for 2017 will nevertheless feature some elements familiar to worldwide Disney fans.
Two spectacular floats are said to be taken from an earlier parade at Tokyo Disneyland, while a twin of a favourite Walt Disney World float is being constructed especially for the parade.
The Maleficent fire-breathing dragon will be just one star of this parade which “looks to the stars” with an astronomical and futuristic-past Steampunk theme throughout several of its floats.
Coming ten years after the last wholly new parade for Disneyland Park, Disney Stars on Parade will be a major boost to continue to revitalise its experience, and could even perhaps be the overall highlight of the 25th Anniversary.
