Disney Dreams! World Premiere

But first, without further ado… The main event of the 20th Anniversary itself!

Watch our exclusive original video of the Disney Dreams! World Premiere right here. Filmed at 10.30pm on Saturday, 31st March in 1080/50p High Definition with 5.1 channel surround surround, this video gives you the whole experience as if you were there: standing right at the centre of Central Plaza, watching the fireworks, fountains and fire fly into the sky as projections transform Sleeping Beauty Castle like we’ve never seen before.

Find the video on YouTube here and be sure to share it with your friends — this is one spectacular event no-one should miss!

• Enjoy a complete, definitive gallery of spectacular pictures from the show at Photos Magiques!

As previously noted, we’re working to share the majority of our new videos online first, before we go back to provide more in-depth, chronological reports of all the events over the launch weekend.

  • I am speechless….
    Fantastic show, well done!!

  • It’s a really brilliant show – and Disneyland Paris is totally deserving of it. Now we have a beautifully designed show to match our beautifully designed castle and park. Theres so much I love about it – the use of Peter Pan, utilising the star design in the top tower window, the fact it brings together everything learnt about every Disney spectacular and combines it into a show for OUR park – it’s really special. Bravo, Mr Davison!

  • Its about time our European counterpart has its time to shine. What a wonderful addition :D

i really enjoy watching this show its very nice .
and congratulations dlrptoday for ur work

  • Thanks for the video.

I have a question regarding the metal fountains. Are they already themed or can we still see the bare metal?

    • The two water screen towers are still currently unthemed. In the Steve Davison Q&A session (a full 48-minute video of which is uploading now!), he said that everything you currently see “will go away” in a few weeks. They changed or moved a few things last minute and the décor built for it no longer matched. They really want Dreams to be a show that just comes out of nowhere – no stage, no visible technical kit.

      • Thanks a lot for answering my question. I figured that it will take more time to cover the fountains.

  • It’s certainly about time Disneyland Paris had something as special as the American counterparts. This has left me with several tears in my eye. I can’t wait to visit in August. Fantillusion followed by this is going to be brilliant in the summer months. One question though – what is the song that is played when the show is over?

    • It’s an original song written especially for the show by Joel McNeely and sung by Irish folk singer Cara Dillon. I’m not sure of the exact title, but it’s along the lines of “Come Dream a Dream”.

  • What can I say, I’m speachless, thank you Disneyland Paris , well done Mr Davison and thank you to DLRP Today for bringing us a great premiere.

  • Seriously! It was even better than what I had expected! In fact, the Come dream a dream song seems to be very familiar to me, maybe it is just some pieces from the Neverland series that they took out and wrote lyrics for it. I also heard part of it in the finale just before You can fly. Agree that they did came up with new scores and melodies for the song, but the first one or to sentences just sound familiar, I’m sure it is!

  • Absolutely stunning. The time and effort that has gone into this must be enormous. I shall be booking to go much earlier now,I have to see it in person!
Congratulations to all concerned and thanks to DLRPToday for all their hard work too!

Wow, thanks for posting this. We’ve just watch this squealing at the screen. Beautiful effects. Can’t wait to see in real life!

  • In the Waterfall scene – both during and after show – the half bottom part of the castle seems to have been “MISMAPPED” .The main lower window and the rectangular towers seemed didn’t fit the projection, watch it closely and you will find it: just notice that the water which supposed to be pouring out the lower window is lowered down, and if you notice VERY carefully, you might find the shapes of the square turrets is lowered down, too.

    • stop being so pedantic and just enjoy. it must have taken a lot of hard work and planning and you notice a tiny mistake but then again i bet you studied it looking for mistakes just enjoy it for i will not be looking for mistakes as i dont see the enjoyment in looking for them some people find fault with anything i just enjoyed the magic

      • Well I did enjoy it very much but it was just something I found and I was just…you know…comment. In fact I really enjoyed the magic really, I know I shouldn’t have been so pessimistic but I’ve watched it over and over again and never get bored and that’s why I realized the point! I’m a fan of Disney for so many years and I never criticize my one and only idol.

  • This is incredible, absolutely brilliant!! I even said “wow” outloud several times and it takes a lot for me to have that sort of a reaction!! Can’t wait till I go now to see it, it is even better than I hoped it would be.

  • I am impressed.

  • Prachtige show!
    Disneyland Paris (Top)!

    Een vraag,

Word de show in de zomer 1 of 2 keer gedraaid?

  • Why no Dreams Merchandise what a wasted opportunity.

  • Great show. I saw it Live on 3rd and 5th April. The best I’ve ever seen. Perfect music, perfect effects.

  • Oh my goodness! This was absolutely astounding! The show is so magically and I wish with all my heart that I could go and see it in person but unfortunately, I can’t go this year. Hopefully, Disneyland Paris will do something like this again sometime in the future when I may be able to visit.

The effects were perfect and I love the fact that they used characters from Disney films that aren’t as popular like The Hunchback of Notre Dame. The Tangled scene was my absolute favourite though – it was stunning! <3
